Actually, Thomas already did such a measurement (along with width and length). The results were:

Mike,

The only drawing I found is enclosed. It does not dive enough detail to accurately calculate the depth. The level control system maintains an adjustable tolerance dead band of + or - 1/2 an inch at this time. The water level itself is adjustable. Short of dropping a string to the bottom and then measuring the distance, 33 feet is as good as it gets. Let me know if you decide to measure it and I can give you a hand.

Hi Nik,

I was wondering if you know if we have an accurate measurement of the depth of the test tank (i.e., from an engineering drawing)? I have heard the figure of "10 meters" mentioned from time to time, but I really need a measurement accurate to within an inch or two if possible (for predicting acoustic wave echo timing in the tank).
