The nominal 48V bus range is 56V no load, 40V full load.  ("Load" means
total vehicle load including 240V load.)  We *could* set the topside
voltage for 42V on the 48V bus, but the only things we could run would
be the cameras and pan/tilts; no lights and especially no thrusters.
Total available power would be just a few or several hundred watts.
