Hi Bill,

Ultem and Flourinert have been squared off at 55 C since late last week,
so far no visible effect on either.

p.s. Jim asked me about a Pem-nut tool, I don't know if we need it or
not.  The IBC Rack parts that we have had fabbed at sheet metal shops
come with the pem nuts already installed.  But it seems like it would be
a handy tool to have for future designs (unless you know of a better
captive fastener from your aerospace experience).
