Andy and Ed -

In our meeting last week we had determined that one of the spheres
was out of level enough that we might be concerned. I checked this
sphere (it was difficult to get an accurate offset) and I came
up with an approximate offset of .625 inches ( 15.875 mm ). This works
out to a weight offset of 1.4 Kg at the worst condition. That 
condition would be with the water level at mid-sphere. The problem
goes away at the Max and Min values. 

My judgement would be that this is not significant and within the bounce
we should expected to see on the sensor due to motion. If we want to add
this factor into the software and it is not troublesome issue I would
also support that. We can always see how testing goes and determine it 
later unless that brings up an issue for Andy and his schdeule. If that
is
the case then we should go ahead and implement it now.
