Purpose
Present to Francisco Chavez a data aggregation strategy for MBARI. Get a use case and requirements.

- A scientist should be able to:
- download all the data in ASCII from one platform (deployment). For example all data from M0
- For a property, get data from different platforms (e.g. AUV, ship and moorings) at a time when they were all collecting data
- Goal is to make accessible MBARI column's data from one location

- Seth will continue to do his work (addressing n.1 )
- Julien will address n.2
- Luis will create a list of platforms and sensors and monitor the state of aggregation
