- Working on saliency code
- Trying to integrate new version of saliency. Some trouble with integrating it do to changes in directory structure.
- Is going to try to build it as a shared library
- Processed JAMSTEC video
- Using FFMpeg, which had issues due to the high resolution of the video. Jerome down-sampled the video before processing it.
- Processing the high resolution video takes a long time.
- Lots of marine snow in their video. Saliency has a tough time with it.

- VARS can now annotate video files, frame capture works too. Still finishing up integration testing to:
- make sure I didn't break frame capture from video decks
- test with files stored on remote server.
- Setting up integration server (mbari649) with MySQL, Apache, Darwin Streaming Server
