Software

•  Wayne can make the bits w/ his version 10.1 tools
• Brent mentioned syringe loses home position periodically, so Wayne will apply similar testing that he's done to rotary valves
• Next week will start work on dpress and ethernet extenders for Drifter
• Bufflehead is now on an UPS as is MFB01
• Brent has finished calibration code for R-valves
• Latest version of Ruby patch code is MBARI17.  Will test on Moe.  We are using Ruby 1.6.8 with this latest patch code (new Ruby is 1.8.7)

DWSM

Sphere

•  Sphere passed vacuum leak testing
• Packed for SWRI and will be sent tomorrow (Friday)

Elevator

•  Mike P. working on drawings
• John Erickson doing some acceleration models of the structure
• Foam--Trellenberg (TX) is having manufacturing issues with 30lb foam.  Doug looking into alternatives

DWSM

• Scott and Wayne have got software/electronics to the point of turning motors
• Mike P. handling small job issues
• Now are dicussing cable lengths for elevator
• We will use FOCE's connector cable, but final connector for MARS will be different.
