DWSM
Design review for Elevator - We will be holding an Email PDR followed by a CDR
Sphere status - It is in Oregon at Wah Chang
Construction update - Progressing with ½ of the tubes in, Sample done with rotary actuators. Actuators need calibration
Encoder and Xilinx - Old working code breaks with new Xilinx compiler 10.2. Wayne is going to try using an evaluation license of a different compiler to see if similar results are obtained.
MFB
Schematic progress - Jose started but was stopped by Brent stating things were going to change. Chris S. noted that the AIV is not placed as it will be when integrated to the core. The AIV needs to be added to the standalone system. We will use existing core harness to make the MFB until we have finalized the shape and location of the MFB. As far as the electrical harness are concerned, the schematics are complete we just need to add lengths to them once they are determined.
MFB needs a written engineering checkout procedure.
Single connector - Was done the above mentioned issue has cause for change. I am trying to move towards a Stand-Alone support box which continues to support the notion of single connector switching. This means that the host, gateway and I2C power supply may be removed from the MFB Grill.
AIV to Grill
ASV air port still is leaking we need to come up with a solution. This port needs to hold at least 200uL and be cleanable as well as vent to a clean air source.
Software
NEO test run update - the changes seemed to have worked as there were no failures. Memory consumption was down due to restructuring of the Ruby "eval" routine.
Science - Light puck comparisons between NEO, MaCK and, Bruce; and then figure out why different.

HV puck - ESP needs to resurrect the HV path as a research project. Some issues are: How to seal sides, long term reusability and, what ever else crops up fro this work.
Pucks - In all our puck orders we never order the HV pucks. We need to order some so that we can start this works. This should be done in conjunction with ordering more complete sets from MOE.
MOE - Temperature calibration done as well as pressure.
O-rings- Doug ordered Silicone and Viton O-rings. Viton are 75 durometer which is most likely to hard and Viton does not work well with Ethanol and Methanol. Silicone is not the best for the alcohols but usable. Roman will be immersing the two types into some of the fluids used to check compatibility that way.
MaCK and Bruce are ready to move
We need a place to store the Orange Cart as it is not needed to hold an instrument and takes up building b lab space.
Next build, possible two in the spring.
