• Deep recovery is next Tuesday, Oct 27.  Doug will be only one going on Lobos.  Once back in high-bay, will connect ethernet and empty ~15L of water from DWSM bags.  Also bringing back Niskines (4L) with MARS water.  Chris P., will be around for processing.
• Wednesday we'll crack the ball, remove Gordon and take to assembly lab, and let Brent play with puck handling to try and recreate error we saw.  DWSM will go to the van.  That evening or the next day Chris P. will remove WCR pucks for processing.

Deployment Issues

• Surface recovery.  Slated for Weds/Thurs next week (Oct 28/29), will get 2 machines Weds, 1 Thursday.  Paul Ban is 1 diver; need 1 more.
• Gene has need for a surface can; can get one Friday, but a lid issue.  We'll see which can be spared.
• Chris S. mentioned checking Wattlo's to calculate total power consumption while out
• All cans will end in High-Bay where we'll run post-deployment negatives.  John's been notified. 

 Other Items

• Pier deployment
  • Post-can QC of NEO got started late, so will not head to Pier until 12:30.  Doug to drive instrument in van.  Roman, Chris P & S, Scott going, will meet Brent.  We should be running this afternoon.

• Ivory Engstrom visiting from McLane next Weds (10-28)
  • McLanes building of a core is bringing many issues to the fore;
    • • Camera: USB2.0 vs1.0.  We will develop a controller to stand b/w camera and host
      • Various other issues will be discussed Weds with him.

• Harbans Dhadwal visit
  • Arrives Friday; we will have MFB8 ready for him, but also MFB2 as a 'demo' unit.

• 2010 Zephyr schedule
  • We have 7 Zephyr days sprinkled April -- Nov.  All look okay except for last; Chris will try and get Nov 18 moved to Nov 1.

• Marcia goodbye part is Thursday Oct 29; Chris needs to attend.  Jim will be at LLNL for McLane/LLNL/Spyglass mtg.
