Machine Builds

• Cores/MFB's:
  1. MFB#2 goes on Betty.  Thermally calibrated; working on slug positioning
  2. MFB#3 goes on Gordon.  Monika wrassling with to get it to work....
  3. MFB#4 and #5 are from Mclane.  Notice very sticky syringes.  Cheri trying to whip them into shape.
  4. Betty and Gordon are finished with cold-testing. 
  5. Moe is ready for the new box Jim S. has built. Box should be ready today.  Cheri has  few connectors to add to box top.

• Gordon and Betty both need new CBV lines.
• Brent mentioned problem Monika having w/ re-setting of valve; Scott will look into it.
• Chris interested in another board spin/population to sell to McLane.  Looks like boards (spin, stuffed, tested) are Core=$6K, MFB=$1.5K

• Gordon to get the new GUI branch of software next week.  Brent to talk to Monika.  Perhaps they'll unhook MFB#3 and run a test protocol just to give Kevin some data.  This should happen early/mid next week.

Deployment Issues

• Sept 24 is next big surface deployment.  Moe w/PCR will go at M0.  Mack and Bruce, doing HAB work will be in the north Bay--locations to be determined by John Ryan.  Slight move of antenna at Abe's house should hit M0 and north Bay.  Will attend to when we know of n. bay location.  Priority list is as follows:
  • 1. Moe at M0
    2. Betty on MARS
    3. Bruce and Mack in N. Bay
    4. Gordon on Pier deployment
