Machine Builds

• We will use GG syring in Mack.  May only evacuate if DWSM does the pushes so should be okay.
• Gordon and Betty.  Cheri originally send end of March for their completion, but schedule has slipped.
• Betty's elevator, syringe, and carousal are calibrated equal to Gordon.
• The new harmonic drives take 50% motor force to just get going (old took 20-30%).  New mount is good, but this drive has more stiction. 
• Brent mentioned that there's a stiction parametr that's changeable
• We will try stiction parameters at different voltages.  Maybe try different motor manufacturers.  Get more Maxon's?

MFB

Our third module should arrive Monday, March 30.from LLNL.  Notes related to it are here.

Drifter

• UART fixed.
• Foam arrives 1st week of April.  THEN we can start superstructure build.
• Cable drum is still behind schedule.
• Everything bolted and both motors turning (level-winder and cable drum)
• Plenty of little things to do
• May 14 looking tight; waiting on core and gearhead for levelwind.  If these don't come, we'll test with the temp core and rope
• Gene must get Freewave.  Gene will give his RS232 and antenna needs to Scott.

Software

•  Brent still to get the PCR module version to LLNL.
• we now have 50GB on the ESPShare--should last 1 year.
• Bruce seems to be running fine as a local machine (since Monday)

Deep ESP

Elevator

• we will use Rover drop weight
• elevator feet still to be mounted
• Mike Conway says they have a pinger for us and manual release.

DWSM

• wiring is finished.
• Brent worried about I2C length

Deployment Issues

•  2 bugs found in Bruce before it's surface deployment.  Brent thinks fixes are straightforward & working with Roman on it. 
• Looks like HAB antibody has ahd something pushed into it (maybe ruined).

Other Items:

• Acoustic modem needs:  Reset capability & external power& drop weight.  Brent will check on modem voltage range.  Brent & Doug will confer about this.
