About Oxygen

Primary is o2 (seabird sensor)
Secondary is o2alt (optode)

Flags... 0=bad, 1=suspect, 2='loaded by perl', 3='actually looked at and blessed by ctd/science tech',4= winklers were run etc (don't expect to see any of these "yet"')

Note that flags are a per-record basis, when data is loaded and o2 computed from raw... it will typically set some flags to 0 when 'out-of-range' or if p,t,s is bad etc....(since needs p,t,s in the O2 formula...)
