Backplot Playback Bar
Use the Backplot playback bar to move forward and backward through Backplot, using the buttons or the slider.
You can also adjust the speed of the backplot, view the backplot in Run or Trace mode, and add stops to the toolpath.
| Shortcut Key | Command |

| S | Steps forward to the next entity. Press [S] repeatedly to go through the backplot in turbo mode. |
| B | Steps backward to the last entity. |
| R | Runs the backplot. Press [R] again to pause. |
| P | Goes back to the previous stop. |
| N | Goes forward to the next stop. |
Play
Runs through the backplot starting where the position slider is located.
Stop
Pauses the backplot. Does not reset the position slider.
Rewind
Moves back to the previous defined stop in the backplot. This could be the start of the previous tool, the previous operation, or any other defined stop.
Step back
Moves back to the previous entity in the toolpath. Holding down the left mouse button while clicking on this button accelerates the backplot.
Step forward
Moves forward to the next entity in the toolpath. Holding down the left mouse button while clicking on this button accelerates the backplot.
Fast forward
Moves forward to the next defined stop in the backplot. This could be the start of the next tool, the next operation, or any other defined stop.
Trace mode
Displays entire toolpath and the tool travels over the displayed path during backplot. The current segment is highlighted to make it easier to see.
Run mode
Draws the toolpath as the backplot progresses. The current toolpath segment is displayed in a different color.
Run speed slider
Controls the speed of the backplot. You can adjust the speed while the backplot is running. If you move the slider all the way to the left, the backplot stops.
Set conditional stops
Opens the Conditional Stops dialog box, where you can add stops during the backplot and examine the toolpath in more detail.
