STLHeal Add-In
Use the STLHeal Add-In to close, or heal, gaps in an STL file. An STL file made from a solid model likely has no gaps or free edges. An STL file made from a surface model likely has gaps at the surface edges that may be as great as the tolerance used to create the STL file.
After you select the Add-In, it prompts you for the following:
- Chordal deviation
- Stitch or heal
- Add offset
- Save STL file
