ZSpiral Add-In
Use the ZSpiral Add-In to create a spiral with a specific height, pitch, and minor and major diameter.
Parameters
Starting height
Determines the beginning height of the spiral.
Ending height
Determines the ending height of the spiral.
Base point
Click to select a new base (center) point for the current spiral in the graphics window.
CW/CCW
Select CW for a clockwise spiral and CCW for a counterclockwise spiral when looking through the spiral in the Z axis.
Starting radius
Type a value for the distance from the center point to the beginning of the spiral.
Ending radius
Type a value for the distance from the center point to the end of the spiral.
Pitch
Controls the distance between the spiral loops. The Pitch is constant throughout the spiral.
Start angle
Type a value in degrees (-360.0 to 360.0) to locate the beginning of the spiral.
