Point Properties dialog box

Use the Point Properties dialog box to view and edit the position of the selected point.

NOTE

Some of the properties listed here may not be displayed.

X / Y / Z coordinates

Shows the X, Y, and Z coordinates of the point, which determines the position of the point in the graphics window. Create a new position for the center by typing the X, Y, and Z values. Or, choose AutoCursor to return to the graphics window and select a position.

Units

Specifies the measurement units used to display values in the dialog box. You can choose from the following:

  • Inches
  • Feet Inches Decimal
  • Feet Inches Fractional
  • Millimeters
  • Centimeters
  • Meters

Precision

Specifies the numerical precision with which values are displayed in the dialog box.

Level

Enter a number in the field to assign a level to the selected entity, or click to display the Levels Manager.

Color

Enter a number in the field to assign a color to the selected entity, or click to display the Colors dialog box.

Style

Select a new line style from the drop-down.

Width

Select a new line width from the drop-down.

Association

Opens the Associations dialog box. This dialog box lists all geometry, planes, dimensions, 3D annotations, and operations that are associated with the selected entity.

Propagate

Only available when multiple entities are selected or when attributes are changed. Click to apply attribute changes to all selected entities.
