Additional Parameters dialog box
The Additional Parameters dialog box only displays if the setup sheet requires more information than what is listed in the main ActiveReports setup sheet dialog box.
Enter the requested information in the text fields on the right side of the dialog box.
Your template may require more information than what is displayed in initial view of the dialog box. Multiple pages are indicated by the page count at the top right corner of the dialog box. Use the page navigation buttons to cycle through multiple pages of parameters.
