Configuration dialog box: ATP
Use the Configuration dialog box to select the format in which you want to run ATP. This dialog will only appear the first time you run ATP. After that, you can use the Active Configuration drop-down field at the bottom of the Mastercam ATP dialog box to choose a different format.
ATP is developed in dedicated formats for specific third-party CAD packages that can output layered DXF files, like KCDw, that produce cutlists. It is also developed in a generic format that can process files that do not produce cutlists, but rather extract the data directly from the part files. The currently available formats appear in the list of configurations in this dialog box.
To select a configuration format, highlight the format you want to use and click OK.
