Dynamic panel
Use the Dynamic function to manipulate geometry orientation and location with an interactive gnomon, shown below. Dynamic provides a visual representation of Mastercam's transform/translate movements as you make changes. You also have access to Translate, Translate to Plane, and Rotate all within one powerful function.
NOTE
- Follow the screen prompts as they provide useful information.
- Note the visual indicators for manipulation mode.
- Start typing to enter relative coordinates for the origin ball.

To switch between gnomon and geometry manipulation, click the button next to the gnomon.
