Telepresence Developers Guide

This is a guide to help with development Telepresence web application. The telepresence web application is a NodeJS/VueJS application. At MBARI, we use the host HTTPS server with a proxy pass to direct traffic from the default 80 port to the telepresence application being hosted by the NodeJS application.
