Getting Started

To log in, use Chrome, Brave, or Microsoft Edge and head over to Tator: http://mantis.shore.mbari.org/accounts/login

Select your project

Once you're in, pick your project from the list:

View your media

You’ll see all your media here:

Filtering

While you can edit localizations one by one, the fastest way to find what you need is through the Analytics tab. From there, you can filter by cluster, mission, label, size, saliency, and more.

Keep in mind that if your data is clustered, your filtering options will depend on how the clusters were loaded (e.g., by version or by collection/mission).

  1. Click Analytics in the upper right.

  2. Select Localizations.

  3. Now you can filter the grid to find exactly what you're looking for. Filter parameters are specific to each project.

Bulk Changes

If you need to make changes to a lot of records (more than 1,000), we recommend using our API at http://mantis.shore.mbari.org:8001/docs. Check out the Bulk Change guide for more details.
