Ribbon Mode
Use Ribbon Mode to modify the number of functions that display on the Mastercam ribbon. New users, students, and educators can use this function to familiarize themselves with the most common Mastercam functions, while maintaining the ability to view all functions.
Ribbon Mode offers two options: Standard and Simplified. To toggle between modes, select the Ribbon Mode drop-down in the upper right corner of the Mastercam window. Mastercam remembers your selection between sessions.

Standard: Mastercam displays all available functions on the ribbon.

Simplified: Mastercam does not display some of the more complex Analyze functions, Drafting functions, Curve and Line functions, Delete functions, and View options. Wire and Mill-Turn are not available in Simplified mode.
Command Finder will only list the functions available in your selected mode.

Functions that display in a tab in Simplified mode cannot be altered. To learn about customizing tabs, see Options dialog box: Mastercam.
