Surface Extrude panel
Use this function panel to create surfaces extruded from existing entities. CAD surfaces are created over the closed chains. Chain the entity from which you want the extruded surface to be created, and use the parameters in the function panel to define the surface. Besides surfaces, you can also use this function to create sheet solids or meshes.
NOTE
Changes that you make using the Surface Extrude function panel affect the surface model only, not the curves from which it was created.
