New user authentication system

The 4.90.x version series introduces a new user authentication system.

To facilitate testing without interfering with the main system, it is available in a separate location, https://okeanids.mbari.org/dash49/ (note: dash49).

We are initially focused on verifying the new MBARI SSO option for signing in. (You are welcome to try the other options as well.)

Once signed in there, everything should work as usual.

Taking a moment to verify that you can sign in without any issues and access the usual Dash UI would be valuable feedback.
