Adjust Geometry dialog box
The Adjust Geometry dialog box provides access to four spline adjustment functions: Smooth All, Adjust Parameters, Chain, and Segment. Each option allows you to make modifications to the splines in the Raster to Vector image before accepting the final converted geometry.
You can then modify the spline geometry by choosing one of the following functions listed below. Click a drop-down to learn more.
Opens the Smooth: Spline dialog box, where you can reduce or increase the amount of smoothing applied to the geometry.
Opens the Spline Parameters: Rast2Vec dialog box, where you can change the spline parameters. Click OK in the Spline Parameters: Rast2Vec dialog box once you are satisfied. In the Adjust All Entities dialog box, click Parameters to make more edits to the spline parameters, OK to apply the current changes and return to the Adjust Geometry dialog box, or click Cancel to ignore any changes and return to the Adjust Geometry dialog box.
Opens the Select and Adjust Chains dialog box, where you can change the Output Geometry Type. Use Select all or Select chain to select all of the chains in the graphics window or only one. Select Change Parameters to open the Spline Parameters: Rast2Vec dialog box and make adjustments.
Opens the Select and Adjust Chains dialog box, where you can change the Output Geometry Type. Use Select all or Select chain to select all of the segments in the graphics window or only one. Select Change Parameters to open the Spline Parameters: Rast2Vec dialog box and make adjustments.
