Detailed Description

Contains the GoToSurface Behavior/Command.

Simply sends the vehicle to the surface. Satisfied when the vehicle has reached the surface.

GoToSurface.h should only be included by GoToSurface.cpp Other classes should include GoToSurfaceIF.h
